We had a fantastic time with friends at this hotel. The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was abundant. We explored amazing places like Ibla and the beautiful cathedral. A bonus was the late check-out, letting us enjoy the pool at the nearby hotel until we left.

what a disappointment. the room was directly outside the bar, so hello 7am wake-up calls! not to mention the half-eaten cookies in the mini bar, how charming. i would’ve thought, as a solo traveler, a simple upgrade or complimentary gift would be standard, but apparently that's too much to ask. disappointing!

The spacious suite opens onto a sunny courtyard, complemented by one of the finest bathtubs available, enhancing relaxation. Access to the swimming pool at a nearby hotel is a pleasant bonus.

during my stay, I loved exploring the charming streets of ragusa, especially with the stunning giardino ibleo just over 2 km away, perfect for a leisurely walk, and I enjoyed the convenience of being close to so many landmarks like the impressive ragusa cathedral, making my city strolls truly memorable.

the palace is gorgeous and close to the center. my business single room was comfy with a big bathroom. the staff were elegant and helpful. i loved the intimate spa for a nice relaxation session.
